Reporting to the Director of Information Services, your responsibilities will include coordinating and administering mass annual production processes including solicitations, invitations, and communications. You would also use your specialized data skills to support information collection, production and maintenance requirements by extracting, importing and uploading data and preparing specialized files, lists and standard reports to meet stakeholder requirements.
The role manages a portfolio of donors and prospects, applying best practices of engagement including: analyzing giving history, identifying donor linkage (ability, interests and preferences), forming cultivation strategies, crafting solicitation strategies and materials, soliciting and stewarding gifts, as well as conducting face-to-face visits with donors.
In this role, you will support United Way at various events, volunteer opportunities and other engagement activities by facilitating a positive volunteer experience. This includes attending volunteer & speaker events, delivering the United Way message to groups, and providing stewardship/follow-up post volunteer activities.
In this role you will inspire, coach, assist and support workplace representatives and volunteers in fundraising activities. You will present United Way’s message to groups, coordinate and deliver resource materials, monitor campaign activities, collect donations and pledges and provide recommendations to maximize fundraising results.
