Reporting to the Vice President, Development and Donor Relations, you will support an amazing team responsible for a wide range of resource development projects, initiatives and services. This includes (but is not limited to) administrative support such as coordinating meetings, drafting agendas, recording minutes, drafting reports, administering calendars and preparing expense reports. You would also be supporting the Campaign Cabinet and liaising with the Cabinet Executive Committee. You will also conduct research, collect, report on and analyze data on existing and potential donors. You will be good at working independently within broad objectives.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will assist in engaging Edmontonians in the movement to end poverty by providing communications, engagement, and administrative support.
Reporting to a member of the executive team, you will lead a team of four in managing receivables, payables, receipting, and payroll (up to 100 employees). You will be responsible for reconciling accounts, analyzing variances and producing working papers, financial statements and ad hoc reports. You will complete our CRA returns and support audits, budget production and other finance and organizational activities.
