You have administrative experience and are interested in social change. You will support our community engagement programs that contribute to addressing and reducing poverty within Edmonton and area.
Reporting to the Director, Engaging Marketing, this role coordinates our Community Impact Speaker booking process for annual United Way workplace campaigns. You will provide administrative support by managing a large volume of speaker requests, coordinate speaker presentation schedules, track presentation activities and record reporting data by creating and maintaining spreadsheets and/or entering request statistics into a customized database. You will also provide event support as required.
Minimum qualifications include one year of administrative experience and basic MS Office skills. A basic knowledge of databases, SharePoint, MS Teams and survey software tools is an asset. You are energetic, highly organized, detail focused, and can prioritize your workload and multitask in an extremely busy environment. You also have the ability to collaborate professionally with internal and external representatives and prepare well written e-mail correspondence.
