Limited income means not every young parent in our region has access to essentials like nutritious meals or clothing and care essentials for their children. That’s where you come in.
On August 21, roll up your sleeves and stand shoulder to shoulder with fellow changemakers as Women United heads to Terra Centre — a United Way funded partner agency supporting teen parents. There, you’ll tackle two critical tasks: meal preparation and organizing clothing donations for their Clothes Closet program.
With your support, together, we can help young moms and dads access the resources they need to keep their families thriving.
Sign up for one of two volunteer sessions. Participants must be aged 12+, and youth volunteers should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Space is limited to 15 volunteers per session.
