How United Way Helps

Half of Albertans will face a mental health challenge by age 40. Yet many wait weeks or months for help — if they can find it at all.

When you support United Way, you connect people to mental health support when they need it most. Your support means shorter wait times, easier access to counseling, and help navigating a confusing system. Because mental health can’t wait.
