Ticket sales close on March 5, 2026. To ensure Women United donations have the greatest impact on women and girls in our community, tickets will be priced at $50 each to help recover event costs.

 


Meet Our Panel of Speakers

Eric Dillon, President of General Bank of Canada 

One of the earliest male allies to join Women United, Eric brings a long-standing commitment to advancing gender equity in business and finance. A financial services executive and recognized innovator, he has helped shape community-based venture capital, social impact financing, and financial wellness initiatives across Canada. A champion of gender diversity and an award-winning community leader, Eric believes investing in women strengthens workplaces, economies, and communities.

 

Megan Finstad, Operational Excellence Leader at Dow Canada 

Megan is a senior leader at Dow Canada and a powerful example of advancing equity within a male-dominated industry. As Operational Excellence Leader, she drives strategy, continuous improvement, and learning across manufacturing operations, drawing on more than 14 years of experience in technical and leadership roles. Passionate about inclusive culture and talent development, Megan brings a practical, real-world lens to creating workplaces where women can thrive.

 

Jason Schauenberg, Project Engineer at Imperial Oil 

Jason is a Project Engineer at Imperial Oil and an active ally within his organization’s Women’s Interest Network (WIN). Motivated by his wife’s career in oil and gas and his role as a father to two daughters, Jason supports initiatives that promote equity and inclusion, including contributing to WIN communications and coordinating a Parental Leave Buddy Program. His approach shows how everyday allyship can help build more supportive, equitable workplaces.

Free On-Site Childcare 

To ensure this event is as barrier–free and accessible as possible, United Way is offering on-site childcare to parents who wish to attend. If you require childcare during this event, please indicate your need during registration checkout. 

 


Help Tackle Period Poverty! 

Bring a package of unopened menstrual products to the event for donation to United Way’s Period Promise collection drive. Donated items will be distributed to community members in need with the help of United Way’s frontline agency partners. Monetary donations will also be accepted.
